1,000 Free Hours Initiative Terms & Conditions

1. About the Initiative

The 1,000 Free Hours Initiative (the "Initiative") is a community initiative by Imvent Studios, offering a limited pool of 1,000 free studio hours to the Dubai content creation community.

Each approved applicant (the "Participant") is entitled to one (1) complimentary hour of the Recording Only package (the "Free Hour"), subject to these Terms & Conditions, booking availability, and eligibility requirements. No studio recording fee shall be charged for the Free Hour.

2. Eligibility

The Initiative is open to UAE-based creators, founders, entrepreneurs, executives, experts, professionals, and aspiring creators who wish to produce content for their own platforms.

To be eligible, the applicant must:

• apply as an individual, on their own behalf;

• be based in the UAE;

• have a personal social media account;

• be a first-time Imvent Studios customer; and

• intend to use the Free Hour for personal content only.

Companies, brands, and agencies are not eligible, and may not apply on behalf of an employee or influencer they work with.

No minimum follower count is required, and applicants do not need prior content creation experience.

3. One Application Per Person

Each person may submit one (1) application to the Initiative and receive a maximum of one (1) Free Hour if selected. The Free Hour is a one-time benefit and is not repeatable.

Existing Imvent Studios customers are not eligible and may continue to access Imvent Studios' regular studio bookings, packages, and production services.

4. Application & Selection

Applications must be submitted through the application form on the Imvent Studios website. Every application is reviewed individually by the Imvent Studios team.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are assessed based on the proposed content, the intended use of the studio, the applicant's intention to create consistently, and their overall fit with the Initiative. Selection is not based on audience size.

The Imvent Studios team will contact applicants within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Successful applicants will receive an invitation by email with instructions on how to book their Free Hour.

5. Booking the Free Hour

Once approved, the Participant will be given access to available dates and times. Bookings may be completed online by the Participant or arranged by the Imvent Studios team, and shall be confirmed with the Participant before being finalised.

The Free Hour must be booked and used within thirty (30) days of approval. Where the Free Hour is not used within this period, the spot shall be released back into the Initiative pool.

Free Hour sessions are offered upon availability. Available dates and times are determined by Imvent Studios at its discretion, and some dates or times may not be available under the Initiative.

6. What's Included

The Free Hour includes access to an Imvent Studios setup, professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and an on-site Studio Operator to film the Participant inside the studio, together with the RAW files from the session.

The exact setup and equipment depend on the studio selected and the type of content being recorded. Participants may state their preferred setup when booking. Studio selection is subject to availability and suitability for the intended content.

7. Add-Ons & Editing

The Free Hour does not include a teleprompter, Live Mix, video editing, or any other add-on.

Add-ons may be added to the Free Hour and shall be charged at Imvent Studios' standard pricing. Professional editing is available separately at standard rates.

8. Solo Sessions

The Free Hour is intended for single, solo content creators. Two or more people may not use the same Free Hour session.

9. Personal Content Only

The Free Hour is intended for personal and organic content created for the Participant's own platforms. Paid advertising, branded productions, sponsored content, paid partnerships, client work, and other commercial productions are not included in the Initiative.

Participants who already work with brands or hold sponsorships may still apply, provided the specific content filmed during the Free Hour is personal content. Footage from the Free Hour may not be used for a paid campaign or brand deal.

Where the Imvent Studios team identifies that content being filmed is for a campaign, the standard Recording Only package fee shall be charged to the card on file. Businesses seeking commercial production should contact Imvent Studios separately to book a standard session.

10. Footage Delivery

RAW, unedited footage shall be transferred at the end of the session to an SSD drive. The Participant must bring their own SSD drive or rent or purchase one from Imvent Studios.

Delivery of footage via Google Drive requires an upgrade to Live Mix (+AED 100 per hour).

11. Card on File

A valid payment card is required to secure the Free Hour reservation and to reduce late cancellations and no-shows. Card information is processed and stored securely through Imvent Studios' payment provider.

The Free Hour itself shall never be charged. The card on file shall only be charged in the cases set out in clause 14.

12. Rescheduling Policy

The Free Hour may be rescheduled free of charge where the request is made more than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session start time.

Rescheduling requests made within forty-eight (48) hours of the session start time shall incur a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the standard session price.

Rescheduling requests made on the same day as the session shall incur a charge of one hundred percent (100%) of the standard session price.

13. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

The Free Hour may be cancelled without charge provided the cancellation is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session start time. Upon cancellation, the Participant forfeits their right to another Free Hour.

Due to the limited number of complimentary hours available, late cancellations (made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the session) and no-shows shall be subject to a full fee of AED 525, charged to the card on file.

14. Applicable Charges

The Participant shall only be charged in the following cases:

• late cancellation, in accordance with clause 13;

• no-show, in accordance with clause 13;

• late or same-day rescheduling, in accordance with clause 12;

• add-ons, editing, or upgrades selected by the Participant, at standard pricing; and

• use of the Free Hour for paid campaign or commercial content, in accordance with clause 9.

15. Duration of the Initiative

The Initiative is limited to 1,000 Free Hours in total. It shall continue while complimentary hours remain available and shall close once the available sessions have been assigned.

Applying early does not guarantee selection.

16. After the Free Hour

The Free Hour carries no obligation to make any further booking. Participants who wish to continue creating at Imvent Studios may book future studio sessions, editing, content packages, and production services at standard rates.
