Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of all companies under the IM Media Holding umbrella: Imfluence, Imvent, and Imtellect. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to take ownership of shaping our online voice. At times, you’ll be behind the camera creating content and at others you’ll work with a team of editors & creatives to coordinate with multiple stakeholders ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital strategy across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand under IM Media Holding.
• Align content calendars with broader business objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance across platforms.
• Analyze trends and data to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
Content Creation and Community Management:
• Technical know-how on creating content using smartphones and editing on the go.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce scroll-stopping visuals, videos, and copy for each brand.
• Oversee the creation and execution of monthly content calendars, ensuring content is engaging and brand-aligned.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement across platforms, maintaining a strong brand voice.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate approval of scripts, cast and shoots.
Performance Analysis:
• Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize future content.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports detailing successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Platform Expertise:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Identify emerging platforms and recommend strategies for early adoption where relevant.
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in understanding and managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar.
• Ability to film and edit bite-sized content on the go.
Creative and Strategic Abilities:
• Exceptional storytelling and content curation skills tailored for different audiences.
• Comfortable with being in front of the camera at times.
• Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative thinking.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably managing multiple brands.
• Proven track record of building and growing social media presence for businesses.
