Overview
The Studio Operator assists in setting up, operating, and managing studio equipment during photoshoots, video productions, and live events, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate lighting, cameras, and other equipment for studio shoots.
• Assist the creative team with camera angles, shot composition, and lighting adjustments.
• Monitor equipment during shoots to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and functioning.
• Assist with setting up props, backgrounds, and other necessary elements for shoots.
• Keep the studio space clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
• Support post-production by organizing and transferring files to the appropriate teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Diploma or certification in Media Production, Film, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in studio operations or production assistance.
Skills:
• Familiarity with studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to work under time constraints.
• Knowledge of production techniques and an understanding of visual composition.
