Overview
The Receptionist & Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative functions of Imfluence’s office, providing a welcoming environment for guests and supporting the team with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, representing Imfluence’s brand professionally.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling and file management.
• Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
• Support the People & Culture team with onboarding tasks.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a must.
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scheduling tools.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving
skills.
