Services Offered

Imvent provides facilities, studios, and creative services, which may include recording, production, event space rental, and other related activities. Our role is to facilitate bookings and provide a streamlined process for accessing these services. We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or content of work produced by clients during studio sessions.

Booking Process

• Bookings must be made through our online platform or directly with our team.

• Users must create an account and provide accurate details when booking.

• Sessions are secured only after full payment is received.

• Bookings can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Payment & Advance Requirement

• Payments must be completed via our accepted methods (major credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other gateways offered).

• Prices are listed in local currency (AED for UAE) unless otherwise specified and may change without notice.

• All payments must be cleared at least 24 hours before the session. Bookings without cleared payment may be canceled.

• Late payments (after cutoff) may be refunded, minus a 3% service fee.

Session Completion & Extensions

• Imvent staff may notify clients when a session is nearing completion.

• Extensions are subject to availability and at Imvent’s sole discretion.

• We may decline extension requests without justification.

Refunds

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start.

Liability

• Imvent is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss occurring during use of our Services.

• Clients are fully responsible for their belongings and conduct.

• By using our Services, you agree to indemnify Imvent, its team, and affiliates against claims, damages, or losses related to your use of the Services.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our platforms (text, visuals, logos, designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Imvent and protected under intellectual property laws.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

Promotional Use of Content (Discounted Services)

• By accepting special discounts, concessions, or preferential rates, you grant Imvent the right to use, reproduce, and display content produced during such sessions for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the service.

Non-Disparagement Clause

• You agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Imvent, our services, or team members in public or private forums (including social media and review sites).

• Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of services, refusal of future bookings, and forfeiture of refunds.

• For concerns, you agree to contact our team directly at support@imventstudios.com to resolve matters constructively.

Termination

• Imvent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services at any time, particularly in cases of policy or Terms violations.

Changes to Terms

• Imvent may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
